This laboratory combine with compact dimensions (width 2,5 m, depth 1,1 m, height 1,85 m) with display panel offers several functions :
- extruder (screw diameter 25 mm and length 20 L/D) equipped with die heads and peripheral devices for tapes, film, tube, pellet
- mixtures on heating twin rolls or calander (roll diameter 100 mm, width 250 mm, max temperature 220 °C)
- compression molding (press plates 200 x 200, load 20 tons, max temperature 350 °C)
- injection molding (press with transfer pot, capacity 10 g, pressure 300 bars, mold dimensions 80 x 80 mm)
- internal mixer (dual rods with closed tank, capacity 0,8 l, max temperature 250 ° C)
