Hydraulic extruder
Characteristics:
-extrusion module installed on top of the hydraulic power unit
-hydraulic power unit with a capacity of 5,5 to 30 kW
-heating with ceramic ventilated band heaters
-body equipped with a pressure sensor for material / body, and a temperature sensor for material
-connection to the die head by bi-conical clamp
The extrusion module includes:
-a low speed hydraulic drive unit with radial pistons
-a housing for bearings ensuring the axial thrust of the extrusion screw
-a barrel and a screw with a diameter of 20 to 60 mm and a length of 10 to 30 L/D
